THE CHALLENGE
Ski resorts are defined by a uniquely strong staff culture. Each winter, employees arrive from near and far, some returning year after year, others traveling across the world for a single season, all united by a shared commitment to the mountain and the energy that comes with fully immersing yourself in winter life.

The challenge was to create an identity that recognized and celebrated that collective spirit. Beyond keeping lifts spinning and operations running, staff are the heart of the resort experience, bringing personality, passion, and a sense of play to the mountain every day.

Welcome to the Powder Lab - a staff video edit contest where we celebrate the moments that make working in a ski town so worth it. From deep turns and bluebird days to day-off antics, weird traditions, new ski pals and *sick tricks*, Powder Lab is the opportunity to highlight all the reasons we choose to move to this small town called Revelstoke. It’s an opportunity to come together, lean into the stoke, and celebrate what unites us all: our love for winter.
